As of July 30, 2020 QFB at Home is a Click and Collect service.

Click & Collect

Click and Collect is from our Pinkeba Warehouse, Brisbane Qld.  Orders placed for Click and Collect require a 3-hour window for0picking and packing.  You can place your order of $100.00+ via www.qfbhome.com.au or phone through on 07 3354 8331, to place a $50.00+ order.

Click and Collect offers a contactless collection option.

Missing Items:

Our drivers check over the orders when they are delivered to ensure your order is complete.  Though sometimes products can be missed,

IF your order hasn't been delivered complete, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of your delivery so we can investigate and organise a re-delivery of the missing products. 

If we are not contacted within 24 hours, we will not be able to replace or refund any missing items.


Product Returns:

Our team will do their utmost to deliver your order correctly the first time, though if for any reason an item is missing or damaged, we will provide your credit and refund within 24 hours of returning to our warehouse. 

We will issue a refund to your Credit Card through the STRIPE payment system.

We cannot offer a refund for any over orders or change of mind purchases.

If we are unable to successfully deliver your goods, we will offer a complimentary re-delivery.   We will contact you.

 

Restocking Charge:

If your order is returned to the warehouse, due to a non-delivery if you or someone wasn't home, or you canceled the order a re-stocking charge of $20.00 (plus GST) will be applied when refunding your order.

The prices you see online include GST, if applicable.

Deliveries & Product Returns

Deliveries:

Orders placed before 7pm Monday-Friday will be delivered between 12.00pm and 6.00pm the follow weekday (we do not offer deliveries on Saturday or Sunday).

All deliveries will need to be sighted by someone at your home.  We will not leave any items unattended or unsighted.  Our drivers will contact you if they are having issues with gaining access or any delays in the delivery schedule.  So please provide the best contact phone number to your account.

Our driver's safety and wellbeing is our highest priority.  If our driver feels a delivery is unsafe to make, they will contact us at the office, and then we will contact you to reschedule your delivery.

Our drivers will offer a contactless delivery option at your request.
